Residential Conveyancer

Residential Property Solicitor/ILEX/CLC Bedfordshire hybrid working arrangements. An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced residential property lawyer to join a well-established national law firm with a strong reputation for client service and career development. To apply, contact Steph on or on Our client is keen to speak with a confident and commercially minded residential property specialist (Solicitor, Legal Executive or CLC with at least 2 years' experience or equivalent) to manage a busy caseload. You will handle a varied and high-quality residential conveyancing caseload, managing matters from instruction through to post-completion, including:

• Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
• Remortgages and equity release transactions
• Shared ownership matters
• New build purchases
• Help to Buy transactions
• Lease extensions and variations
• Transfers of equity
• Matrimonial transfers
• Title investigations and reporting

In addition to fee-earning responsibilities, you will play an active role in supporting junior team members, developing local business relationships, and identifying opportunities to cross-refer work across the wider firm. The successful candidate will have:

• Experience managing your own residential conveyancing caseload with minimal supervision
• Strong technical knowledge across a broad range of residential property matters
• The ability to hit the ground running in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent client care and communication skills
• Local market knowledge and an understanding of the Bedfordshire property market
• A proactive and team-oriented approach
