Job Description

Eventus Legal are seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join a well-established and highly regarded law firm based in Leamington Spa, Warwickshire. This is a permanent, full-time opportunity within a busy and supportive property team handling a high-quality and varied caseload of residential conveyancing matters.

This opportunity would suit an experienced Conveyancing Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, Legal Executive, or senior fee earner looking to join a progressive firm offering strong long-term prospects, flexibility, and an excellent working environment. Flexible / Hybrid working available (4 days in the office & 1 days working from home) and free parking.

The Role

The successful Conveyancer will manage a full caseload of residential property transactions with minimal supervision, delivering an excellent standard of client care throughout the transaction process.

The role will include:

  • Managing a varied caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to completion
  • Handling freehold, leasehold, registered and unregistered property transactions
  • Dealing with sales, purchases, transfers of equity, remortgages, and new build matters
  • Liaising with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and third parties
  • Providing practical and commercially focused advice to clients
  • Managing files efficiently in line with compliance and regulatory requirements
  • Supporting and contributing positively within a collaborative property team
  • Maintaining high standards of client service and communication throughout transactions
The Candidate

Applications are welcomed from Conveyancers, Residential Property Solicitors, Legal Executives, Licensed Conveyancers or highly experienced non-qualified fee earners with a strong background in conveyancing.

  • Significant experience managing residential conveyancing transactions independently
  • A strong technical understanding of the conveyancing process
  • Experience handling a broad range of residential property matters
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Strong communication and client relationship skills
  • The ability to manage a busy caseload efficiently and proactively
  • A commercial and client-focused approach
