The Role

You will manage a varied and high-quality caseload, including:

• Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
• Re-mortgages
• Transfers of equity
• Easements
• Sales of part

You'll play a key role in delivering exceptional client service while also contributing to the team's proactive business development efforts and building your own professional profile within the market.

The Candidate

To be successful in this role, you will:

• Have 2+ years' PQE in residential property law
• Demonstrate strong technical knowledge across a broad range of conveyancing matters
• Possess excellent communication and client care skills
• Be commercially aware and enthusiastic about business development
• Thrive in a collaborative, team-oriented environment
