What will be expected of you as a Conveyancing Solicitor:

• Managing conveyancing matters from the initial instruction to post completion.
• Sales & purchases
• Remortgage transactions and equity release.
• Title checking of freehold and leasehold properties
• Transfer of equity and matrimonial transfer
