A well-established and expanding law firm is looking to appoint a Senior Residential Conveyancer / Executive to play a key role within its Manchester city centre office. This is a senior opportunity suited to an experienced conveyancer seeking greater responsibility, including supporting the development, structure, and performance of a residential property team, alongside managing a busy caseload.

Responsibilities

• Build up and manage a caseload of residential property matters, utilise the firm's extensive network of industry contacts as well as your own market knowledge.
• Play an active role in helping to shape and grow the conveyancing function as work increases, supporting junior team members and contributing to the overall efficiency and success of the department.
• Support and supervise team members.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years' experience managing a varied caseload of transactions.
• Track record in supporting and supervising team members.
• Strong technical expertise across all aspects of residential conveyancing.
• Excellent communication skills, and ability to build relationships with clients and colleagues.
