Residential Conveyancer - Birkenhead / Hybrid - £44,000pa + Benefits

Our clients, an independent multi disciplined Law Firm now seek an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join the team at their Birkenhead offices.

An experienced Fee Earner, you will be joining a friendly and supportive team and benefit from the support of the in house team of Paralegals and a hybrid working pattern.

• Up to £44,000pa Depending on Experience

• 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday

• Must be a proven Residential Conveyancer with a minimum of 2 years experience
• Be detail oriented with experience of Case Management systems
• Be a strong and confident communicator, as well as a team player with a positive approach
• Must be confident in managing your own caseload in addition to both being able to delegate and work within a team

• Manage your own caseload of Residential transactions, both sale and purchase
• Provide clear and accurate advice to clients, in addition to liaising with concerned parties
• Maintaining excellent client care, ensuring repeat business
• Supervising junior team members when required
