I am currently working with a growing and well structured legal team who are looking to appoint Conveyancers into their Manchester office. This is an excellent opportunity to join a supportive environment with clear processes and a strong focus on client service.

The Role

You will be responsible for delivering a comprehensive and compliant conveyancing service within a busy and process driven team, handling a varied caseload from instruction through to completion.

The role sits within a fast paced environment, so strong organisation, attention to detail, and the ability to manage workload effectively are key.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing a caseload of freehold and leasehold transactions from instruction to completion
• Verifying legal titles and identifying any potential title or property issues
• Ensuring files are run efficiently with high levels of accuracy and compliance
• Maintaining up to date task lists and ensuring deadlines are met
• Handling stakeholder communication confidently, including more complex or sensitive conversations
• Ensuring all regulatory requirements are adhered to, including AML and data protection
• Maintaining accurate file records and document management systems
• Identifying and escalating any issues where appropriate
• Supporting wider team objectives, KPIs, and service delivery

The Candidate

The firm is keen to speak with candidates who have:

• Previous experience within residential conveyancing or a conveyancing environment
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Confidence working both independently and within a team
• A proactive and positive approach to work

Desirable:

• Legal qualification (LLB/SQE or equivalent)
• Experience using case management systems (e.g. Visual Files or similar)
• Exposure to mortgage recoveries or volume conveyancing environments
