The Role:

As a Residential Conveyancer, you'll independently manage a full caseload of residential property matters, including:

• Sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold properties
• Re-mortgages and equity release transactions
• Ensuring smooth transactions from instruction to post-completion

About You:

We are seeking a qualified candidate with:

• 3+ years of Residential Conveyancing experience
• The ability to manage a varied caseload independently and without supervision
