Residential Conveyancer 3+ PQE

RESIDENTIAL PROPERTY CONVEYANCERCOLCHESTER, ESSEX£50,000 - £65,000 QED Legal are currently seeking a Residential Conveyancing Fee Earner or a Residential Property Solicitor, to join our well-respected client in Colchester, Essex. We are looking for someone with case handling skills to join their friendly and established residential team. You will be expected to manage a full and varied caseload for roughly around 3 years PQE. The type of residential transactions you should have experience on are:

• sales
• purchase
• leaseholds
• freeholds
