Residential Conveyancer - Dorset

A long established, well regarded high street law firm with a strong local reputation is looking for an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join its busy property team in Highcliffe, Dorset. The firm is known for its personal approach, loyal client base and commitment to high quality legal services across the community.
This is a key hire within a supportive, close knit team where you'll handle a varied caseload and play an important role in the continued growth of the department.
The RoleYou will manage your own files from instruction through to completion, covering a broad range of residential property work, including:
- Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases (registered and unregistered)
- New builds
- Plot sales
- Transfers of equity
- Remortgages and property finance
- Easements
- Exposure to option agreements and conditional contracts is beneficial
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and professional standards
- Contribute to business development and help strengthen client relationships
- Qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer
- Ideally 4+ years' PQE (or equivalent experience) within residential property
- Confident managing files independently, with supervision available where neededStrong technical knowledge across freehold and leasehold transactions
- Excellent communication skills and a proactive, organised approach
- High attention to detail and the ability to build strong client rapport
- Genuine career progression, including a clear route to Partnership for the right person
- Supportive, friendly working environment with a strong team culture
- Office based role with hybrid working considered
- Competitive salary dependent on experience
