Residential Clerk of Works - Hybrid Site Inspector

Brandon James Ltd seeks an experienced Clerk of Works to support a portfolio of predominantly residential projects across the Essex and Norwich area. You will act as the client's representative on site, monitoring quality and progress of construction works, and producing detailed site inspection reports.

Ideally you will have strong knowledge of residential construction, be able to challenge poor workmanship, and hold an UK driving licence with willingness to travel within Essex and Norwich.
