Residential Clerk of Works - Hybrid & Quality Lead

Brandon James Ltd in the Essex/Norwich area is seeking an experienced Clerk of Works to act as the client's representative on site, independently monitoring the quality and progress of construction works across a portfolio of predominantly residential projects.

You will carry out regular site inspections, monitor workmanship against drawings and standards, identify defects, and produce detailed inspection reports with photographs. A full UK driving licence and willingness to travel are essential.
