East Midlands/ temporary / £14.25 - 16.25 per hour

These homes are dedicated to promoting stability, independence and emotional wellbeing through high-quality care and support.

We are looking for compassionate and resilient Residential Support Workers to join our team on a day-to-day basis, with opportunities for long-term placements for the right candidates.

What You'll Be Doing as a Residential Support Worker

• Supporting young people with their daily routines and activities
• Promoting positive behaviour and emotional wellbeing
• Building trusting and supportive relationships with young people
• Helping to create a safe, structured and nurturing home environment
• Encouraging independence, confidence and personal development
• Working flexible shifts, including waking nights
• Long-term opportunities available for the right person

Qualifications

• Have experience working with children or young people in a residential, care or support setting
• Have strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Can build positive and professional relationships with young people
• Remain calm and resilient when managing challenging situations
• Are flexible and able to work a variety of shifts, including waking nights
• Have a proactive, caring and professional approach to your work
