We currently have opportunities for the right people to join our established team of residential childcare workers. Successful candidates will join a team focused on making a huge difference to the lives of children and young people who use the service.

You will work directly with children and young people in meeting all of their care needs during their short break stays and you will be required to develop, build and maintain excellent relationships with not only children and young people but also parents, carers and the wider professional network.

The Bluebells service operates from Thursday afternoon through to Monday afternoon. Residential care staff are required to undertake a range of shifts covering mornings, daytime and evenings. Bluebells operates during school holidays and Public Bank Holidays. (Overnight sleep in duties are also required on occasions).
