Residential Childcare Support Specialist - Safeguarding

We Do Social Work is seeking experienced Residential Childcare Support Workers to provide care for children and young people in residential settings. The role involves supporting daily routines, promoting wellbeing, and adhering to safeguarding policies.

The ideal candidates will have experience in this field, hold a valid DBS check, and be familiar with physical intervention techniques. They should also possess excellent communication skills and be able to work effectively in challenging situations.
