Residential Childcare Specialist: Rewarding Support

West Sussex County Council is seeking a Residential Childcare Worker for Orchard House in Cuckfield, Haywards Heath. The role is permanent, full or part time (37, 30 or 24 hours) with shifts 07:00-22:00 and every other weekend, plus occasional sleep-in duties.

You will support children aged 5-18 with complex learning disabilities, help with routines, independence, activities and travel with families and professionals to meet individual needs.
