Residential Assistant Site Manager: Roof-to-CML Delivery

O'Neill & Brennan is recruiting an experienced Assistant Site Manager to join a national housebuilder on a residential development in Basingstoke. The role is a 6-month contract, overseeing the build from roof stage to CML and ensuring safety, quality and timely delivery on site.

You will report to the Project Manager, coordinate subcontractors and trades, and drive snagging and plot completions while maintaining strict health and safety standards.
