A respected and growing legal firm in Dorset is seeking to recruit a Residential / Commercial Property Solicitor to join its established property team. This is an excellent opportunity for a solicitor looking to work on a varied caseload while benefiting from long-term career progression and flexible working.

The successful candidate will manage a mixed residential and commercial property caseload, including:

• Handling residential conveyancing matters such as sales, purchases, remortgages, and transfers of equity
• Advising on commercial property transactions including acquisitions, disposals, leases, and landlord and tenant matters
• Drafting and negotiating contracts, leases, and associated documentation
• Conducting due diligence, title investigations, and reporting to clients and lenders
• Managing matters from instruction through to completion
• Maintaining high standards of client care and regulatory compliance
