Resident Relations & Housing Lead (Hybrid)

CIH International Housing Group is seeking a Neighbourhood Housing Lead in London with a salary range of £37,451 to £41,045 per annum. This role involves enhancing resident satisfaction and support within a patch of approximately 500-600 homes.

The ideal candidate will have a proven background in building relationships, strong time-management skills, and the ability to engage effectively with diverse customer bases. A valid driving license and a Basic Disclosure Barring Service certificate are also required.
