Resident Concierge (24/7, 6-Month Contract)

The Guinness Partnership is seeking an experienced Concierge to join the team at India House, Manchester (M1 6LG) on a 6-month fixed-term contract. You will help maintain a safe, clean living environment for residents, with duties including access control, CCTV monitoring, and communal cleaning on a 24/7 rota.

Reporting to the Estates Services Manager, you will be a confident communicator, delivering excellent customer service to residents and visitors and handling feedback promptly.
