As we continue to grow and evolve, we're looking for a Reservations Executive to join our team on a permanent contract.

As a Reservations Executive, you will be the first person a guest speaks to when they decide to plan a visit to Adare Manor & you will be responsible for creating detailed itineraries for our guests.

We are looking forward to speaking to candidates with relevant experience in similar luxury environments, who have an exceptional attention to detail, organisational skills, a genuine and engaging phone manner & who are IT proficient.

This role will involve working 5 days over 7 to include some weekend work.

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with teams across the Resort.
• A proactive approach with the ability to inspire colleagues and enhance service delivery.

Required Experience

• Previous experience in luxury hospitality or high-end guest services is desirable.
