Who are we?

Estelle Manor is a rural retreat set on an 85-acre estate in Oxfordshire. The manor has four restaurants, an extraordinary 3,000 sq metre Roman-inspired spa- Eynsham Baths, 108 bedrooms and a gym with class studios and padel courts. Plus, there's a kids' club for the little ones and a workspace.

The Role:

As a Reservations Coordinator, you'll be at the heart of the guest journey, ensuring every detail is in place before our guests arrive. Working closely with the wider Reservations team and departments across the estate, you'll coordinate guest information, preferences and communications to create a seamless, personalised experience.

Who are we looking for?

We're looking for an exceptionally organised individual who is adept at using systems and processes to maximum effect, with a natural eye for detail and a real pride in getting things right. You'll keep our reservations operation running smoothly behind the scenes, ensuring information is accurate, processes are followed and our teams have everything they need to deliver an exceptional guest experience.

• Previous experience in a hospitality, hotel or reservations environment, with experience using hotel and restaurant booking systems or PMS platforms highly advantageous.
• Microsoft Office knowledge, with confidence working across multiple systems and platforms.
• Impeccable attention to detail, with genuine pride in ensuring information, systems and guest records are always accurate.
• Calm and resilient, able to maintain high standards in a fast-paced environment.
• A genuine passion for hospitality and creating seamless, personalised guest experiences.
• A positive, can do attitude with a willingness to support the wider team.

The on target earning potential for this role is £33,000 per annum based on a 40 hour contract - comprising a base salary of £30,000, plus a qualified estimate of £3,000 in gratuities and service charge .

About gratuities & service charge:

• Gratuities (tips) and service charge are paid on a pro-rata basis regardless of your role.
• It is estimated that in 2026, our full-time employees can expect to receive in the range of £3,000 in addition to their annual salary.
