Hours: Full time (35 hours per week). Requires up to approximately fifteen evenings per annum to support Paul Mellon Centre events. Overtime compensation aligned with PMC policy.

About the RoleThe successful applicant will work closely with the Head of Research Initiatives and the Events Lead to coordinate and develop a wide range of research projects, partnerships and events. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is keen to gain further experience in project coordination and programme delivery, engaging with national and international partners and some of the most interesting artists, thinkers and arts professionals of our time.
Qualifications- Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Experience coordinating and delivering high quality events and projects with pride in ensuring smooth execution from planning to delivery.
- Collaborative, confident working with a wide range of stakeholders including colleagues, researchers, partners and public audiences.
- Adaptable, solutions focused, hands on problem solving in a fast paced setting.
- Comfortable supporting both in person and online events.
- Genuine interest in the arts, culture and heritage sectors, motivated to support and amplify their impact through research and public engagement.
