We are recruiting for a Research Culture and Policy Coordinator who will work across a range of areas such as research culture, research integrity and REF to support a dynamic team deliver a range of activities and initiatives.
Responsibilities- Creating online content and supporting the production of internal communications promoting the range of activities across the team
- Supporting critical processes within the team such as Research Integrity and Ethics, and other initiatives designed to enhance the research culture at SOAS
- Working to bring together activities across multiple teams to enable coordinated and effective support a drive for research excellence
- Ensuring evaluation and evidence collection is in place to support the development of support, and external reporting such as HREiR and REF

About the DepartmentThe Research and Knowledge Exchange Directorate (RKED) is a growing team that manages the whole lifecycle of research and knowledge exchange activities at SOAS, from supporting researchers to applying for funding, to generating research impact, and commercialising new knowledge.
Building on the success of our REF 2021 submission in which we were ranked 40th for quality, research excellence and intensity are core to SOAS Vision 2030. We have set ambitious targets and KPIs which define the outcomes we want to achieve and have given thoughtful consideration to creating an environment that supports their delivery.
