  • Supporting financial performance through the optimization of all social and tax charges, assisting in innovation financing, searching for grants, and managing financial risks.

What will you do?


As a Research Consultant within our executive recruitment team, you will work closely with partners and clients and be responsible for selecting the best candidates. You will specifically focus on the public sector. Together with the team, you will define the ideal candidate profile and identify the experience, background, and skills required.


You will conduct in-depth market research, develop various search strategies, and map the candidate landscape. You will actively search for top candidates, approach them, and assess their suitability. In short, you will play a key role throughout the executive search process for leadership positions in the public sector.


In this role, you will not only gain deep knowledge of the job market and the culture of our clients but also engage with influential leaders at the highest level. You will develop your consulting skills, interview and selection techniques, as well as your project and process management abilities.


Your key tasks and responsibilities:


  • Actively search for suitable candidates within our network, via LinkedIn, and other talent pools
  • Approach candidates and assess their suitability for the role
  • Document candidates in our systems
  • Contribute to the preparation of business proposals and candidate profiles
  • Manage and oversee the processes surrounding search assignments
  • Act as a sparring partner for our clients, partners, and colleagues


Do you recognize yourself in the following traits?


  • Master's degree (equivalent to Bac+5/HBO/WO)
  • 0 to 3 years of professional experience
  • Affinity with executive search, HR consulting, and/or recruitment
  • Strong learning ability and adaptability
  • A good sense of humor and the ability to maintain perspective

  • Strong analytical, results-oriented, and persuasive skills
  • Detail-oriented, quality-driven, and project-focused
  • A team player who contributes positively to the research team
  • Minimum C1 level proficiency in Dutch and English
