Research Associate - Ireland, Cork - 20 Months Contract

What you'll do:

• Perform analytical testing on process and product samples using a range of biochemical and instrumental techniques
• Apply chromatographic and plate-based methods to assess product quality and support development activities
• Generate, analyse, and interpret data, ensuring accurate documentation in line with regulated standards
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support process optimisation and manufacturing activities
• Contribute to ongoing method improvement, troubleshooting, and knowledge sharing within the team

What you'll need:

• Degree-qualified in a biological or biochemical discipline with relevant laboratory experience in an industry setting
• Demonstrated hands-on experience with chromatography techniques (e.g. HPLC/UPLC) and plate-based assays (e.g. ELISA)
• Familiarity with regulated laboratory environments (e.g. GMP/GLP) and associated documentation practices
• Strong ability to analyse scientific data and communicate findings clearly
• Proven track record of working effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative laboratory environment with a proactive, problem-solving mindset
