Job Spec: Our client, a research consultancy that harnesses the latest tech, enabling them to look beyond the numbers and offer true insights to their clients in the public and corporate sectors, is keen to add an advanced analytics specialist who has strong experience working with survey data.

The Analytics Manager will propel the analytics capabilities of the research team. You will lead modelling for a variety of clients by owning the analytics workstreams, including segmentation analysis, factor reduction, and multi-level regressions. Setting best practices, standards and processes for analytics. You will take responsibility for automating common analytical tasks, particularly for trackers and long-running client projects, as well as running end-to-end research and insights projects, contributing to proposals, to developing insights from your analyses.

We seek a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience gained within market or social/political research. If you have experience working with survey data, statistical analysis, the ability to run exploratory data analysis, a deep understanding of working with survey data, including wrangling, merging, cleaning and weighting and exposure to publicly available data sets and a strong proficiency in R or Python for analysis and visualisation, we are keen to speak to you.
