Research Analyst, Digital

Join the leading global digital sports agency as a Research Analyst and play a key role in shaping data-driven digital strategies for top-tier clients. In this exciting role, you'll support our Digital Consulting team by delivering powerful insight reports, analysing audience behaviour across platforms like Google Analytics, Facebook, Twitter, and YouTube, and helping plan campaigns that really make an impact. You'll dive into user experience research, support social media content planning and publishing, and contribute to marketing activities-including SEO and KPI tracking. Key Responsibilities Include But Not Limited To: User experience research/ testing A love of technology and an aptitude for technical exploration; whilst there is no requirement for any coding knowledge, it always helps to understand how the fundamental infrastructures of the internet, websites, and digital platforms work An interest in sport and its ability to positively impact societyOutstanding communication skills-both written and verbal-with the ability to follow brand style guides when creating PowerPoint or client-facing materials. Strong organisational skills with a proactive mindset; able to manage multiple client projects simultaneously and meet deadlines with ease. A methodical approach to work with excellent attention to detail and a willingness to challenge assumptions when analysing insights. Some experience with content creation and content management.
