Job Description
 Les objectifs et les responabilités:
- Développer le portefeuille de clientèle existante
 - Prospecter des nouveaux clients
 - Ouvrir des nouveaux comptes
 - Conseiller et accompagner les clients Service sur mesure
 - Gérer les comptes d un point de vue commercial, administratif et logistique
 - Suivre de manière assidue les paiements
 - Être l ambassadeur de la société
 - Présenter et faire découvrir des vins d exceptions
 - Participer aux évènements, salons, foires, dégustations
 - Participer aux visites des vignerons, dégustation des nouveaux millésimes
 
Le profil :
- Minimum 5 à 7 ans d expérience dans la vente B2B et/ou B2C
 - Maitrise de l'Allemande et duFrançais, l anglais est un plus
 - Sens du relationnel, la discrétion et l engagement
 - Excellentes habilités interpersonnelles
 - Sens de la communication avec un secteur exigent, professionnel et pointu
 - Enthousiasme et passion pour le métier
 - La connaissance du vin est un plus
 - Permis de conduire

- Reporting au management supérieur
 - Collaboration et backup des autres sales

Main Responsibilities
- Develop and expand the existing client portfolio
 - Prospect and acquire new customers
 - Open and manage new accounts
 - Advise and support clients with tailored, made-to-measure service
 - Manage accounts from a commercial, administrative, and logistical perspective
 - Closely monitor and follow up on payments
 - Act as an ambassador of the company
 - Present and promote exceptional wines
 - Participate in events, trade fairs, exhibitions, and tastings
 - Take part in winery visits and new vintage tastings
 
Profile Requirements
- 5 to 7 years of experience in B2B and/or B2C sales
 - Languages : Fluent in German and French, English is an asset
 - Strong interpersonal and communication skills
 - Discretion, professionalism, and reliability
 - Leadership, organizational skills, and sense of responsibility
 - Excellent relationship-building abilities with a demanding and professional clientele
 - Enthusiasm and passion for the wine industry
 - Knowledge of wine is a strong advantage
 - Valid driver s license
 
Reporting & Collaboration
- Reports directly to senior management
 - Collaborates closely with and supports other sales team members
