Our Replenishment Manager is accountable for ensuring optimal stock availability across selling channels. The role leads replenishment activities, balancing inventory investment with service level requirements while driving strong customer availability. Our Replenishment Manager drives process improvements with a proactive approach to continuous improvement and strong stakeholder relationships. This is an exciting and pivotal role in the business, providing leadership and development to a team of direct reports as well as working cross functionally throughout the business. Here at Hotel Chocolat, we've adopted hybrid working. This means you'll join us on site for three days a week, and for the other two days - you can work from wherever you like! The on-site location for this role is our support office, 'Mint House', in Royston, Hertfordshire. Our home from the very beginning, it's just off the A505 and 10 minutes' walk from Royston train station, with direct rail links to London King's Cross.
What you'll be doing- Own replenishment planning and execution across DComm and physical stores ensuring optimum stock availability to deliver strong sales and profit.
- Line-manage and develop team members, providing coaching, performance feedback and clear direction.
- Manage maintenance and continuous improvement of replenishment parameters and processes within the PFA system.
- Manage and resolve system-generated exceptions promptly, escalating when required.
- Pro-actively identify and mitigate overstock, understock and BBE/shelf-life risks across channels, working cross-functionally to minimise waste and markdown.
- Deliver OTIF launch of seasonal ranges, new products, new store openings and promotional events.
- Provide performance and risk reporting, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Drive continuous improvement across replenishment processes, reporting, automation and workflow simplification.
- Lead, coach and develop a team of three direct reports.
- Build strong cross-functionally relationships with Production, Warehouse, Retail Ops, Demand Planning and Trading.
- Responsible for internal customer service with selling channel stakeholders.
- Collaborate with Commercial, Merchandising, Logistics and Store Operations teams.
- Own replenishment inputs into the S&OE cycle, monitoring short-term demand and supply changes, escalating stock risks, and coordinating corrective actions with stakeholders.
- Ad-hoc analysis and tasks as required by the business.
- Deputise for line manager as required.

Essential- Experience leading and developing people.
- Experience in replenishment or supply chain planning.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Experience using replenishment systems, preferably PFA.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills with ability to align operational teams.
- Strong prioritisation skills and comfort operating in high pressure trading environments.
- Ability to interpret and present complex data clearly, enabling action and influencing decisions.
- Continuous improvement approach to all activity.
- Experience within a vertically integrated supply chain.
- Ability to simplify complex processes and improve workflow efficiency.
- Strong commercial awareness of margin, stock risk and channel profitability.
- Experience in retail, supply chain or multi channel planning environments.
- Knowledge of Relex planning system.
