Repairs Resolution Officer - Complaints (Hybrid) needed in Southwark, £19.94ph PAYE - Reference: RQ

Responsibilities

• Respond to Members' Enquiries and complex complaints by competently investigating and drafting proficient responses to Councillors, MPs and residents in a timely manner.
• You will ideally have experience responding to Stage 1 complaints and Members Enquiries.

Job Details

• Hybrid role with a minimum of 3-4 days per week in the office.
• Full-time role on a temporary contract basis.
