Rental Sales Agent

We are seeking Rental Sales Agents for our Dublin Airport location to work as part of our team on the front desk. You will be working in a fast paced environment where the customer is at the centre of everything we do. Your role will involve providing a world class customer facing service and driving sales of ancillary products.
Key Responsibilities- Provide superior customer service and prioritize customer needs.
- Drive sales of ancillary products to meet monthly targets using the service base sales process.
- Ensure all customer contact information, drivers licence details and other documentation are up to date.
- Efficiently process customer transactions to avoid wait times for clients.
- Prepare fleet orders and communicate with other departments such as the garage team and returns department to maximise fleet availability for clients.
- Accurately complete contract documentation with customers.
- Inform customers of all practical information they will require such as car fuel type, road toll information, roadside assistance instructions and vehicle return address.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures and safety guidelines.
- Take responsibility for own health and safety and that of other work colleagues.
- Perform any additional ad hoc duties as required.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
- Communicate clearly, verbally and in writing.
- A positive attitude and professional appearance.
- Ability to influence others.
- Enthusiastic about selling and respond positively to objections.
- Manage time effectively and complete tasks required.
- Ability to prioritise and remain organised when working under pressure.
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to work to procedures and follow instruction.
- Competitive salary and commission scheme - on target earnings at €50,000.00 per annum.
