Rent Support Specialist - Hybrid Income & Benefits Advisor

Onward Homes is seeking an Early Intervention Specialist (Rent Support Specialist) to join our Customer Account & Money Advice team on a 10-month maternity cover basis. The role is hybrid and home based with at least one day in the S4B Office in Manchester and travel to other offices as needed.

Based in Manchester, you will manage lower level arrears, provide welfare benefit advice, and work with internal teams and external partners to protect income and sustain tenancies.
