Rent Recovery Specialist - Social Housing

Niyaa People are recruiting an experienced Income Officer to join a well-established Housing Association in Birmingham on an initial 2-month temporary contract. You will manage rent accounts, drive income recovery end-to-end and provide light tenancy support.

The role requires knowledge of welfare benefits, Universal Credit, and rent recovery legislation; strong communication and organisational skills; and a full UK driving licence with access to own vehicle for local travel.
