Rent Arrears Recovery Specialist

The CIH International Housing Group is looking for a dedicated Income Recovery Officer to join our team in Portsmouth. This full-time, permanent position requires 37 hours per week, with a minimum of 20% office-based work. The successful candidate will manage a caseload of rent arrears accounts and provide essential support to customers to sustain their tenancies.
