About the Role
The Renewals Specialist will support our CSMs and customer success management methodologies, to be accountable for understanding and supporting the customer's EHS / ESG / Chemical Management business strategy and challenges.
This role will help with the integration of EcoOnline solutions, and the wider EcoOnline product teams will work to maximize revenue and growth in a sustainable predictable manner.
Key Responsibilities:
Renewal Management: Manage the end-to-end renewal process, including contract negotiations, pricing discussions, and ensuring timely renewals.
Customer Engagement: With our larger clients we work closely with our CSMs as they develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders within customer organizations, including executives, decision-makers, and end-users.
Revenue Growth: Support our CSMs & Sales Executives to identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell additional products or services to existing customers, driving revenue growth and maximizing customer lifetime value.
Customer Advocacy: Help identify customers who may be strong advocates for both EcoOnline & our Products.
Forecasting and Reporting: Monitor renewal metrics and KPIs, to ensure you are on top of our renewal performance, revenue projections, and potential risks.
Retention Strategy: Support our CSMs with the implementation of strategies to improve customer retention rates, reduce churn, and increase overall customer satisfaction.
Contract Management: Ensure all renewal contracts are accurately documented, compliant with company policies, and executed in a timely manner.
Collaboration: Work closely with Sales and Customer Success Managers to align renewal strategies with overall business objectives and customer needs.
What we're looking for:
•Minimum 1 year of experience in a fast paced high volume work environment (Saas environment preferred)
•Communication Proficiency: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective client engagement.
•Experience with CRM and contract management software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.).
•Empathy and Customer Focus: Ability to understand and address client needs, prioritizing customer satisfaction.
•Problem-Solving Aptitude: Strong analytical skills to identify and resolve issues promptly.
•Proactive Approach: Anticipate client needs, provide insights, and offer proactive solutions.
•Collaboration and Teamwork: Collaborative mindset for effective coordination with internal teams.
•Adaptability and Continuous Learning: Stay updated on industry trends and adapt to evolving client requirements.
•Negotiation and Influencing Skills: Effective negotiation and influencing abilities.
•Time Management: Strong organisational skills to manage multiple client accounts efficiently.
