Job Title: Renewal Specialist

Location: Shoreditch (Hybrid - 3 days per week onsite)

Duration: 12 months contract initially

What you'll do:

• As a Renewal Specialist assistant, you will be engaged in all aspects of renewal operations.
• You will be working with Renewal Specialist to assist it - maintenance agreements, license renewals and new subscriptions with a focus on our Digital Marketing business.
• Handle weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting Support on providing accurate data for renewal activity, customer letter notifying the renewal, renewal order validation and status update.
• Manage and maintain relationships with both internal and external stakeholders including partners, end users and client's Customer Success Management team.

What you'll need to succeed:

• At least 3 years of experience in a business operations or sales operations role.
• A team player with the ability to work well in a fast changing, diverse environment.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint is mandatory.
