Renewal Sales Specialist: Customer Retention & Upsell

NetApp Ireland is seeking a Renewal Sales Specialist to manage the end-to-end renewal process for existing customers, driving retention and upsell opportunities. You will work with sales, customer success, and quoting teams to deliver accurate renewal quotes and value.

The role requires 3-5 years of customer-facing or sales experience, CRM experience (Salesforce), and fluency in Italian or French preferred. A hybrid Cork City office presence is expected with some in-office work.
