Job Description
Renewable Energy Sales with Aira

We are seeking passionate and enthusiastic individuals across the UK to join our team. As part of our field sales team, you will be responsible for managing the entire process of converting home visits with customers interested in saving money and reducing CO2 emissions by switching to an air source heat pump.

What you'll be doing as a Renewable Energy Sales Expert
  • Visiting customers in their homes and closing sales on air source heat pumps, solar panels, insulation, and other green technologies. You will primarily work in London and travel across the Southeast as needed to meet with customers.
  • Educating customers on the benefits of heat pumps and other clean energy technologies.
  • Generating your own leads through door knocking, cold calling, and referrals to meet sales KPIs, including pre-booked sales visits.
  • Managing and maintaining your sales pipeline using our CRM system, HubSpot.
  • Providing excellent customer service during home visits using our Aira Sales Method.
  • Collaborating with our design and planning teams to ensure customer expectations are met.
What we would like you to have to be a Renewable Energy Sales Expert

We will provide all necessary product training at our Aira Academy. However, the following qualities and experience are preferred:

  • Full UK Driving License (this is a field-based role in Southeast UK)
  • Experience in a field-based sales role
  • Confidence working with sales software and CRM systems
  • Enthusiasm for sales and achieving targets
  • Problem-solving skills and a positive mindset for negotiating and overcoming objections
  • A passion for active and forward-thinking work environments

Experience in renewables or energy sales is advantageous but not essential.
