Remote UK Payroll & Finance Associate

Impact Ops is seeking a Payroll & Finance Associate to lead payroll for UK nonprofit clients within a remote-first finance team. The role will gradually expand to include US payroll work as the service grows, alongside accounts payable and bookkeeping tasks for a small portfolio of clients.

You'll start with UK payroll, benefit from training, and collaborate with the wider finance team while maintaining strong, confidential client relationships.
