Job Description
Immersive Labs is seeking a Customer Operations Specialist to support enterprise accounts across the UK remotely. You will bridge technical triage with hands-on onboarding, enabling self-service adoption and driving value for 200+ enterprise customers.
You'll own health checks, data reports, and ROI storytelling for Value Engineers, while handling day-to-day ticketing for all customers. You will coordinate with VE teams, IT/IdP for SSO/SCIM, and deliver proactive enablement sessions.
