Remote UK-Based Customer Support Specialist

Padlet is seeking a highly motivated customer support specialist to join our remote team, based in the UK (ideally London). You will handle inquiries via phone and email, escalate bugs to engineering, and advocate for customers while identifying patterns to improve processes and documentation.

You will collaborate across teams to provide world-class support, contribute to content improvements, and help scale Padlet's community-driven platform for millions of users worldwide.
