Remote Total Reward Lead - UK Focus, Compensation & Benefits

Wood in the UK is seeking a Reward Lead to manage total reward across fixed and variable compensation, benefits design and governance. This permanent role is open to remote working within the UK and reports to the Reward Manager for APAC & EMEA, influencing senior leadership with insights on total reward.

You'll drive annual benefits enrolment, regulatory compliance including UK pay gap reporting, and lead or support reward transformation and market reviews.
