Remote TikTok Shop Operations Leader

AMS Pilot, Ltd. is seeking a strong, systematic operational leader-a "Light CEO"-to fully own the TikTok Shop (TTS) department. You will drive P&L, build scalable SOPs, and run client relations with founder hands-off oversight.

The ideal candidate has hands-on TTS experience, e-commerce P&L or agency leadership, and a meticulous, process-driven mindset. This fully remote role offers maximum autonomy and responsibility for the department's bottom line.
