Job Description
Kinaxis is hiring a Technical Account Manager (TAM) as a remote UK/Ireland role. You will serve as the strategic technical advisor for a portfolio of complex customers, developing deep expertise in their environments and leading technical reviews to drive optimization and risk mitigation.
You will collaborate with Customer Success, Product Management, Support, Cloud Operations and CoEs to influence outcomes, expand platform adoption, and ensure health across production environments.
