Remote Study Admin Specialist: Data & Support for Trials

Teckro is seeking a Customer Support professional to oversee end user queries, ensure accurate data entry, and maintain records. You'll communicate with customers and internal teams, support process improvements, and review data quality across reports, while upholding a Right First Time mindset.

The role requires 1+ year in customer support, strong communication, and the ability to work in a fast-paced tech environment. Remote-based with monthly travel to Dublin office is expected.
