Remote Senior Regulatory Counsel - Crypto & Payments

Kraken is seeking a Senior Regulatory Counsel to join the fully remote UK/EU Regulatory Legal team. You will own the BAU regulatory workload and provide regulatory advice on MiCA/UK Cryptoasset Regime, e-money and payments, while engaging with regulators to sustain licensing across EU/UK entities.

The role emphasizes translating complex regimes into practical guidance, supporting licensing applications, and delivering clear, business friendly risk recommendations with autonomy from day one.
