Remote Senior Lifecycle CRM Lead - Retention & Growth

M-KOPA is seeking a Senior CRM Manager to design and scale lifecycle CRM that drives retention, upsell, and customer lifetime value for millions of everyday earners across Africa.

You will own end-to-end lifecycle CRM, build automated journeys in Braze, CleverTap, MoEngage, or similar, and partner with Product, Commercial and Operations to turn customer behavior into growth across Kenya, Nigeria, Uganda and Ghana. Fully remote within UTC -1 to UTC +3.
