Remote SENDIASS Triage & Information Advisor

Family Action seeks a Wiltshire SENDIASS Triage and Information Officer to provide a high quality first contact point for parents, children, young people, carers and professionals. You will triage requests, signpost to SENDIASS Case Workers, and maintain confidential, impartial information while managing email, phone, and social media channels.

The role includes leading on information channels, aiming to ensure accurate local information and timely responses.
