Remote SaaS Customer Support Specialist with Stock Options

Resource Guru is seeking a Customer Support Specialist to help customers use our scheduling tool and ensure a fast, clear, and helpful experience. You'll learn Resource Guru inside out, respond to questions via email, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with product and engineering to resolve bugs and requests.

Ideal candidates have 1-3 years in online customer support for SaaS, excellent English, and a patient, empathetic communication style. This is a remote role with UK/Canada overlap.
